2023/24 Riley Development Academy (Fall/Winter)
Riley Development Academy is excited to offer its 14th year of training starting this November. RDA is an individual training academy used for kids who are looking to excel in all aspects of the game. This year we will have another NEW CURRICULUM. Each Academy group will meet 16 times total (1x per week for 16 weeks). Each session is 1 hour 15 minutes. The first 15 minutes of each session is focused on a speed and agility-based warm-up. The final hour will focus on the “topic of the week” (listed below). RDA trains at the 434 SportsPlex located at 1900 Vestal Parkway West.

-$300 Per Player for families with 2 or more children attending
