Riley Development Academy is excited to offer its 15th year of Spring training starting Monday, April 15th 2024, and running for 6 consecutive weeks. RDA’s Spring program is a mixture of footskills and small-sided games (3v3 or 4v4). Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes. The first 15 minutes of each session is dedicated to a proper warm-up focusing on speed and agility as well as proper stretching. The next 30 minutes is dedicated to all Footskills with the final 30 minutes focusing on all small-sided games.

Where: 434 SportsPlex (1900 Vestal Parkway West, Vestal NY 13850)

When: Mondays Starting April 15th running 6 consecutive weeks

Dates: April - 15th, 22nd, 29th

May - 6th, 13th, 20th

*5:00 - 6:15 pm 2016’s/2015’s/2014’s

*6:00 - 7:15pm 2013’s/2012’s/ 2011’s

*7:00 - 8:15 pm 2010’s/2009’s/ 2008’s +

Cost: $125 (Includes a T-Shirt)
