  • Fitness Speed Strength Agility Training is a program focusing on fitness, speed ladders, resistance bands, balance balls, power harnesses, training sleds, jump ropes and more!
  • First 15 Min: Dedicated to Warm up and Stretching
  • Final Hour: Fitness Speed Strength Agility Training
  • 6 week program in the summer
  • Each session is 75 min
  • Each player receives an academy t-shirt
